Emergency Infant Services (EIS)

Se habla espanol. Emergency Infant Services (EIS) will be serving clients with children from 0 through five years of age at the South Tulsa Community House location every Thursday (except holidays) from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.  EIS will have diapers, wipes, and formula at this location.  A picture i.d. is needed for the parent and proof of birth for each child (such as a birth certificate, WIC paperwork, or shot records.)  Call Emergency Infant Services for additional information at 918-582-2469.  Visit EIS web site at:

Legal Aid of Oklahoma

Free legal assistance is available for Riverwood neighbors through an embedded Legal Aid Attorney.  Drop by South Tulsa Community House (Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm to meet with or schedule an appointment with the attorney (Renee Faulkenberry).

Tulsa Health Department

Mondays, 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Assistance with Sooner Care enrollment and renewal for non-disabled populations. Copies of immunization records available. Referrals to parenting support programs and other THD services Call (918) 594-4824 for more information.

Improving Lives Counseling Services
